HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS Continuing Education Courses May/June 2025
Enhance your hydrologic and hydraulic modeling skills with our two focused, hands-on training courses. The 2-day HEC-HMS course covers the fundamentals of hydrologic modeling, including precipitation analysis, infiltration losses, surface runoff generation, channel routing, and parameter estimation. Participants will gain practical experience through six hands-on workshops using the HEC-HMS software.
The 2-day HEC-RAS 2D Flow Modeling course is designed for those looking to deepen their understanding of unsteady and 2D hydraulic simulations. Topics include the setup and execution of 2D flow areas, boundary condition development, model troubleshooting, and result analysis using RAS Mapper. This course features five hands-on workshops to reinforce key concepts with real-world application.
